Introducing the Task List (Mar ’16 Release)

As part Neo’s evolutionary product strategy, we’re excited to introduce the new task list, giving you one convenient location to view and manage follow-up actions for your patients.

The new task list:

  • Is always front and center.
  • Includes critical lab results.
  • Allows you to assign call backs.

Enhancements & Bug Fixes

In addition to new features, we’ve heard your requests for enhancements. This release also includes some updates below:

  • When you create a new client, the Title drop-down list is blank by default. Previously, this was set to “Mr.”
  • We’ve made some changes to our email service to ensure a high deliverability rate for your email communications to clients.
  • If a patient is marked as deceased, the age calculation to the right of the D.O.B box no longer appears.
  • The Edit Appointment window now includes the Patient Summary just like the New Appointment window.
